Preprocessing

Detailed description of preprocessing portion of the application

• Module should receive demographic data from registration forms
• Module runs preprocessing rules to this data
• Module generates search tokens based on blocking schemes
• Actual search , if found : existing , if not found : create a new patient using REST and return uuid, if found in some blocks and between 80 to 95 % of variables are accurate , then indeterminate , create a new record and save this as a new patient , saves it in the registration table for end user review of indeterminate records
• Once reviewed , if user decided its a new patient , then flag is removed, else if existing , then module updates the existing patient record and migrates related observations and voids this user - Create a log of these messages
