      Description

      Miencha Agustine Okindo Joan Nakibuuka Petronillah Seurei

      currently consultants are hard-coded into the teleconsutation form. The team proposes that the form is changed and as is the case with the providers that the form is able to pick from OpenMRS, the form should be able to pick consultants from the the system.
