Testing on whether "Paciente consente testagem dos contactos" will pass validation

CONSENTIMENTO DE TESTE DE CASO INDICE has the following question/answers.

However, question (Concept ID 21155) only has coded answers Concept IDs 21154 and 6403 but not 1066 in dictionary. Need to do a validation to confirm this will pass successfully if concept answer (1066) is chosen.
