Expand to support higher versions of Android (beyond 6.0)

      Description

      Currently, DMS apk 1.0.1 supports Android 4.4 to Android 6.0.  However, based on the stats count in Kenya, only 66.35% of Android devices falls into that range.  Just the Android 7.0 alone, it has more than 22% of devices.  See  .

       

      As a user, there is a need to enhance DMS apk to support higher version of android above 6.0 so that it can be used for more devices.
