Device management installation and roll out

kindly team
I have tried several times to register a person i.e chv on the server side but could not and save the person. the save button is not responding on the server side ...kindly advice

I wanted to register a person on the server http://72.14.178.178:8088/#/login and assign the individual a device but i was not able to save the personal details, The save button could not respond
