Enable request high accuracy location mode

There's need to request high accuracy location mode. If user changes the mode to the other options manually, it should prompt notification that the app requires the location mode to High accuracy with "yes to change" or "no, this might affect the app performance". If choosing "yes to change", it will update the location mode back to high accuracy again
