Sample log file in .csv from server

CAMPA mobile app has logging feature and will push the log from mobile to server. Need to confirm that server side can receive logs and provide sample format of the logs in .csv to development team for review - ensure it logs required information and in the format that can be analyzed.

Primary mobility data indicators include frequencies of trips, duration, and distance from study site.
