Create three professional video templates

This task is to create three professional video templates with the following specifications:

• First template - target audience are those who have vision impairment.  See relevant recommendations.
• Second template - target audience are those who have low bandwidth/internet connectivity.
• Third template - target audience are those with high speed internet and the quality of this template can be high resolutions and provide professional feel.

For each template, it should keep the following in mind:

• It should include standard format/structure/font style/font color/mechanism in transiting to next session/etc. which can be easily applied for future new videos.
• It should include documentation how those are being created and what tools/software/application/pictures/videos can be found/used.  Highly recommend to use open source resources and license free resources so that it can be sustainable.
• It can easily be used for creating mini clips and also combing mini clips into customized longer version of videos.
