Environment: apk dated September 14, 2021 on Android 10
Steps for producing the issue:
- On Settings, make sure Height (cm) and Weight (KG) as part of Manage Concepts.
- Fill out CDM Screening form (which Height (cm) and Weight (KG) are required) and sync complete form data.
- Go to the same patient's Client Summary page, the newly collected Return Visit Date and Referrals Ordered are displayed under Historical Data/By Type but the newly collected Weight (KG) are not displayed. Same issue with newly collected Height (cm).
- The Weight (KG) and Height (cm) also doesn't display on
